Conservatives Publish Prison Policy
March 2ndDavid Mowat welcomed the publication of the Conservative Policy on Prisons this week. Both Dominec Greive, Shadow Minister of Justice and David Ruffley, Shadow Minister of Police Reform re-iterated their opposition to the Government Plans to build Titan Prisons which have been abandoned in other countries as costly mistakes. One of the more innovative aspects of the new policy is that the Conservatives will introduce mobile prisons which can be parked at hotspots and be used to process offenders more quickly than at present.

with little more than a year to go before a change of Government Jack Straw is running out of time as well as ideas.......he has no mandate for the Titan initiative which we will stop..........
we need more prisons but we don't need Titan Prisons....."
